Hargrave Custom Yachts has listed the 116-foot Renaissance for sale. It’s a 2016 build that’s based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with an asking price of $9,475,000.
Renaissance has a beam of 24 feet and a draft of 6 feet, making it a yacht capable of shallow-water Bahamas cruising.
Accommodations are for 10 to 12 guests in five staterooms, including a main-deck master. There also are quarters for six to eight crew. The build captain has been on board since the yacht was originally delivered, according to Hargrave.
The interior décor aboard Renaissance is from Yacht Interiors by Shelley, with neutral carpeting and recessed lighting.
Out on deck, amenities include alfresco dining, two bars, a sundeck hot tub, a barbecue and bow seating.
Is Renaissance outfitted for long-range cruising? Yes. The yacht has extra freezers and refrigerators for provisions.
