Worth Avenue Yachts just announced a $50,000 price reduction on the 85-foot Pacific Mariner Joan Marie, setting the new asking price at $3,445,000.
Joan Marie is a 2008 build with a hull design by Bill Garden. The yacht had a bottom service including new paint, stabilizer checks, reconditioned props and hull wax this past April. Other recent refit work includes an update of the crew quarters and sanding the teak decks.
Four ensuite staterooms, including a full-beam master with access via a private staircase, accommodate eight guests. Crew quarters for three are aft. The interior woodwork is primarily mahogany with a satin finish, and the flybridge has a hot tub and bar.
Bahamas-friendly: Joan Marie has a draft of 5 feet. She’s lying in Fort Lauderdale.
