CRN has unveiled Amor À Vida, a new 221-foot superyacht that showcases the Italian builder’s latest approach to bespoke yacht construction. Built in steel and aluminum, the displacement yacht combines hybrid propulsion, long-range capability and a design centered on indoor-outdoor living.
Developed by CRN’s engineering team together with the Ferretti Group Superyacht Division, Amor À Vida features exterior styling and interior design from Nuvolari Lenard, with interiors completed alongside the studio’s interior art director, Valentina Zannier.
The yacht spans six decks and accommodates up to 12 guests with quarters for a crew of 17. The owner’s suite occupies the upper deck, while guest accommodations include a full-beam VIP stateroom on the main deck and four additional VIP cabins below. Throughout the interior, large expanses of glass are intended to strengthen the connection between the living spaces and the surrounding sea.
Among the yacht’s notable social spaces is an aft main-deck pool with a transparent bottom that brings natural light into the beach club below. The beach club itself includes fold-down terraces, a gym, sauna, steam room, massage room and multiple waterfront lounging areas. Additional outdoor entertainment spaces include dining for up to 16 guests on the upper deck, a bridge-deck Jacuzzi, outdoor pizza oven and a crow’s nest lounge that can convert into an open-air cinema.
Power comes from twin MTU 12V4000 diesel engines paired with Siemens electric motors in a hybrid propulsion system. According to CRN, the arrangement improves fuel efficiency while allowing quieter operation underway. The yacht has a reported top speed of 16 knots, cruises at 15 knots and offers an estimated range of 5,200 nautical miles at 12 knots. A heat-recovery system captures excess engine heat to supply hot water throughout the yacht while reducing overall energy consumption.
