Hatteras has announced the debut of the 60 Motor Yacht. Adapted from the popular 56 Motor Yacht, the 60 retains many of the 56’s pleasing features but benefits from a newly designed hull that reportedly provides longer range, better fuel economy, and greater speed. Below decks the 60 MY features a three-stateroom, two-head arrangement with a full-beam master stateroom amidship, a VIP stateroom forward, and guest room to port. www.hatterasyachts.com

Ovation has introduced the new Ovation 52. According to Ovation, what sets the 52 apart from its cohorts in the production world are three, 500 (or optional 600) Volvo IPS drives. The Ovation 52 will utilize Volvo’s joystick control system to offer excellent handling and maneuverability, and an underwater exhaust system should eliminate fumes while dampening sound. www.ovationyachts.com

Pacific Mariner, a division of Westport Yachts, has announced the launch of the new Pacific Mariner 85. The all-new 85 PM has a raised pilothouse, four-stateroom layout, with an amidship, full-beam master. Two 1,500-horsepower MTU 10V2000 engines and a pair of 30KW Northern Lights generators keep the 85 PM cruising along at a reported 22-knot cruising speed. www.westportyachts.com/pacificmariner

Nordhavn will debut the Nordhavn 60 this year during the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The Nordhvan 60 is based on its smaller sibling the Nordhavn 55, one of the company’s best selling vessels. Nordhavn claims that the N60 will not only give cruisers five feet extra of cruising comfort, but a boost in speed of about 1/3 of a knot over the N55, as well as an increase in range. www.nordhavn.com
