Merle Wood & Associates has been appointed the joint worldwide central agent for sale of the 198-foot Feadship Rock.It.
The brokerage house says, “Her owner is now a much more motivated seller and keen to move on to his next yachting project.”
Asking price on the 2014 build is $53.99 million. The most recent refit was in 2020, and it was a multimillion-dollar effort that included exterior modifications, a new movie theater in the main salon, an audiovisual and IT upgrade, a new owner’s office, new soft goods and a full paint job. Interiors are by Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design.
Features aboard Rock.It include a full-beam master stateroom, zero-speed stabilizers and an oversized swim platform.
Could Rock.It be used as a charter yacht? Yes. Merle Wood is advertising the yacht as “ideally suited for private and charter use.”
