Galeon Yachts has unveiled a redesigned version of its flagship 700 Sky, introducing a new interior concept developed in collaboration with Hong Kong-based InSitu Design. The yacht is the ninth 700 Sky hull built, but the first to feature the updated design package, which emphasizes customizable finishes and expanded owner personalization.

The 70-footer is part of Galeon’s Skydeck range, which spans models from 47 to 70 feet and is distinguished by a low-profile silhouette paired with a convertible upper-deck helm area. The refreshed interior aligns the 700 Sky with styling themes introduced aboard the builder’s newer 520 Fly and 620 Fly models.

According to Galeon, the new design language draws inspiration from Mediterranean residences and incorporates tactile materials such as ceramic surfaces, wood veneers, leather upholstery and textile wall panels. Owners can select from five curated interior palettes, each combining different wood species, fabrics and finishes. The first yacht completed with the new interior blends elements from multiple palettes, resulting in a warm, neutral aesthetic built around earth tones, creams and beiges. Curved panels and softened edges further reinforce the residential feel.

Accommodations remain one of the model’s key selling points. The standard layout includes a full-beam master stateroom amidships, a forward VIP suite and two additional guest cabins. Owners can configure the guest spaces as doubles or twins, while one cabin can be fitted with a Pullman berth that conceals a fold-down desk or vanity when not in use. Aft, buyers can choose between a tender garage or crew quarters for two.

Performance comes from a pair of optional 1,200 hp MAN V-8 diesel engines, which Galeon says can propel the yacht to a top speed of 32 knots with a cruising speed of 23 knots. The first 700 Sky equipped with the new interior is headed for service in the Baltic Sea.
