Dynamiq Yachts has begun sea trials on Stefania, the first gold-painted hull in the Gran Turismo Transatlantic 135 series.

This GTT 135 launched in February from the shipyard in Tuscany, Italy. According to Dynamiq, Stefania has already achieved her contractual top speed of more than 20 knots, thanks to twin 1,625-horsepower MAN V-12 engines.

At 12 knots, according to the builder, the yacht has a range of more than 3,000 nautical miles. At a cruising speed of 15 knots, fuel consumption is reportedly 50 gallons per hour.

Stefania’s displacement is 200 tons. Soundproofing, including a Torque Compensation System for the gearboxes, is by Rubber Design in the Netherlands.

Exteriors are by Dobroserdov Design, with engineering by Van Oossanen Naval Architects.

Will Stefania be available for charter? Yes. The central agent for bookings is expected to be Arcon Yachts.
