Sea Ray’s 2010 Aquapalooza
An estimated 7,000 boats and 65,000 to 70,000 people were in attendance on Saturday, July 10, for Sea Ray’s 2010 Signature Event near Austin, Texas. Saturday’s event featured a concert by country music start Brad Paisley for nearly twice the number of boats and people that attended 2009’s event, and set a new mark for Aquapalooza attendance.
“Aside from the attendance records, we are most please that the boating lifestyle continues to be enjoyed safely in an event as large as Aquapalooza,” said Rob Noyes, vice president of marketing for Sea Ray. “I’d like to extend a big thank you to everyone who attended. And I would especially like to thank our host dealership, Sail and Ski, and everybody in the communities surrounding Lake Travis, who reconfirmed that ‘Everything is bigger in Texas.'”
