Wahoo RIBS, which launched its first tenders in 2008 and now builds six models from 24 feet to 31 feet that are popular with megayacht owners, has tapped Raymarine to outfit its new LX600 flagship with a complete navigation and control system featuring digital switching.

The LX600 is a 12-guest tender that can hit 60 knots. Its carbon console will carry a pair of Raymarine e-Series multifunction displays that control navigation, engine instrumentation and audio entertainment, and that integrate with onboard electrical systems. An e-Series Digital Switching app controls lighting, bilge pumps, battery monitoring and auto-inflation/deflation of the RIB’s tubes.

“We design specifically for the supermarket where nothing is mediocre,” Paul Holland, joint owner of Wahoo RIBs, stated in a news release. “Raymarine can provide us with the complete navigation and control package: seamless integration, stylish design, cutting-edge technology, all supported by a global onboard three-year warranty for the equipment and installation — perfect for our discerning customers and unique in our sector.”
