Plenty of yachts get listed on the brokerage market, but it’s rare to see a slip for docking them put up for sale at the prestigious International Yacht Club of Antibes — where only 19 berths exist, and they go by the nickname “Millionaires Row.”

The asking price for this particular slip is €9.5 million, or about $12.4 million. The slip can accommodate a superyacht up to 262 feet long and 59 feet wide, according to Fraser Yachts Worldwide, where the slip is listed with broker Josh Gulbranson.

“Rarely does such a prime dockage opportunity become available in the world’s premier marina with 24-hour security, private heliport, excellent parking and other services befitting the world’s most exclusive large yachts,” according to the Fraser team.

Gulbranson says that the current owner has been getting €2,500, or about $3,265, per night to rent the slip when his own yacht is not there.
“So even if you don’t keep your own boat in it for a while, it can generate some significant revenue,” Gulbranson says. “And this slip is one of the few assets in yachting that has appreciated in value over time, and that should continue to appreciate.”
