Hargrave Custom Yachts has a pair of 2016 builds about to make their debuts for owners who have each bought three yachts from the builder in the past.

First is the 101-foot Sassy IV, which is the fourth Sassy that Hargrave has built for the same family. She is expected to premiere this winter in south Florida before heading to her homeport in the Great Lakes next summer. Sassy IV has a main-deck master stateroom plus four guest staterooms belowdecks. Because the yacht is intended for cruising with a large family aboard, her galley is reportedly quite spacious.

Also being built as the fourth Hargrave for a return client is the 116-foot Renaissance, which is expected to launch in January and debut at the 2016 Yacht & Brokerage Show in Miami. She also has a main-deck master plus four guest staterooms, and her crew quarters are generous to accommodate her expected availability on the charter market.

How many Hargrave owners order a second yacht from the builder? 58 percent, according to Hargrave.

What else is in the pipeline: highly customized 80- and 130-footers, both expected to launch in 2017.
