Broker Yannis Zagorakis at Hargrave Custom Yachts has announced a price reduction on the 75-foot Princess Friendship. She’s now for sale at an asking price of $1.45 million, with showings available in South Florida.
Friendship is a 2004 build that underwent a substantial refit in 2010 followed by another in 2014. The work in 2010 included new electronics, running gear, galley equipment and more. The more recent refit included new teak decks, trim tabs, antifouling paint and more.
Power is a pair of 1,400-horsepower CAT 3412E engines that have about 1,500 hours. They push Friendship to a cruising speed of 26 knots and a top speed of 31 knots.
Zagorakis describes the current owner as “demanding” and says the yacht has thus been maintained in exceptional condition, with additional work between the major refit periods.
Friendship has four guest staterooms plus crew quarters aft. Other features include a hardtop and a flybridge with EZ2CY enclosure.
Trades including larger yachts will be considered. More details are at www.hargrave.org.
