Hunt Yachts is taking a page from the automotive industry, which long has offered free warranties along the lines of three years or 30,000 miles on new cars. The Rhode Island-based builder just created the Hunt Carefree Purchase Program, which provides two years of free service, storage and detailing on Hunt 44, 52 and 68 Express and Flybridge Motoryachts.

“With this new Hunt Carefree Purchase Program, new motoryacht owners can enjoy all the appointments and excitement of Hunt ownership, along with a unique peace of mind imparted from knowing that we are taking care of their every maintenance need,” Hunt Yachts President Peter Van Lancker stated in a press release.

The program includes free comprehensive service, storage, detailing and delivery, which means fluid/oil changes, replacing zincs and pump impellers, winterization, spring prep and sea trial, a two-year warranty on structure and components, professional assistance in learning to operate the boat through the Hunt Maritime Training Academy, Vessel Vanguard online access to manuals and maintenance schedules, Siren Marine wireless tracking of boat positioning and systems, and a two-year BoatU.S. membership with 24/7 towing, discounts on fuel and transient slips, and more.
