In a recent press release, Northern Marine announced that two special guests will visit their booth at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

Bruce Kessler is the owner of the Spirit of Zopilote, which was the first Northern Marine ever built. According to the press release, Kessler will “answer questions, share his experiences about Northern Marine, and offer his thoughts on building a boat tailored for coastal and transoceanic cruising.” Find him at Booth #603 in the Yacht Builders Tent on Thursday, October 27, from 3-5 PM.

On the other end of the spectrum is Fred Kirsch, the owner of a Northern Marine 80. The boat, to be christened New World, is currently under construction and will be launched next spring. Visit the booth Friday, October 28, from 3-5 PM to “talk to Fred about his decision to build with Northern Marine … a decision that was more than 10 years in the making.” Find out more about the build here.
