Dometic Cup Cooler
Dometic Marine is introducing the Dometic Cup Cooler, which it calls the marine industry’s first thermoelectric refrigerated boat cup holder. It keeps drinks refrigerator-cold and can replace standard cup holders on most pleasure boats.
“The Cup Cooler makes your last sip even colder than your first,” Ned Trigg, senior vice president of global system sales, stated in a press release. “It allows boaters to keep a can, bottle or any appropriately sized beverage container chilled on even the hottest days, something that a typical cup holder or can koozie can’t begin to accomplish.”
The Cup Cooler is large enough to hold a 20-ounce water or soda bottle, or a standard-size beer or soda can. The bottom of the holder is angled to keep whatever is inside in constant physical contact with the thermoelectric cooling element.
The design of this convenient boat cup holder also includes two blue LED interior lights, a built-in drain element for condensation and a 316 stainless steel trim ring as finishing post-installation.
