Eastbay 58 Replacement Parts

In order to restore a fire-damaged Eastbay 58, Jamestown Boat Yard replaced much of the yacht's wiring and systems.

Jamestown Boat Yard replaced the turbochargers and intercoolers of the Grand Banks Eastbay 58 with upgraded models, raw-water impellers, batteries, breaker panels, tank monitors and on and on (read more and view the photo gallery).

Breaker panel: two AC and two DC panels were replace as per original; new DC wiring from breaker panels to new terminal strips mounted behind hinged panel door; wires leading to terminal strips from throughout boat were reconnected using new ferrels.
Genset control: two new
Tank Sentry Monitor: two new
Helm panels: salon and bridge panels were newly fabricated by Common Gound Inc.
Salon helm terminal wiring: new wiring from panel to new terminal strips; new wires leading to terminal strips from salon terminal strip; new wires connecting bridge and salon terminal stips
Bridge helm terminal wiring: new wiring from panel to new terminal strips; wires leading to terminal strips from throughout boat were reconnected using new ferrels.
Caterpillar color MPD: four new
Caterpillar Multi-Station Control: one new
Caterpillar Keyswitch/alarm panel: four new
Caterpillar cable and cable tees: new / reused as needed
Wiper motors: three new including new wiring and water plumbing
Interior light fixtures: replaced all throughout
Interior light fixture switches: replaced all throughout
Interior light wiring: replaced all throughout
Interior electrical outlets: replaced all throughout including GFI
Trim tab control: one new
SeaFire: two new controls and new main system
Nav instruments: new
Bow thruster control: two new controls
Spot light: new Power Control Module, including complete new cabling
Clothes washer: new including new wiring
Clothes dryer: new
Dish washer: new
Oven: replace control panel
Microwave: new
Service Batteries: four new, high end 8D AGM
