Denison Yachting says the 180-foot Heesen Lady JJ is for sale out of Fort Lauderdale. The asking price for the motoryacht is $39.9 million.

Lady JJ is a 2011 build with six staterooms that can accommodate as many as 14 guests. The owner’s stateroom is unusual: It’s circular, located on the main deck, where it spans the full beam and has balconies to port and starboard.

Additional guest spaces include a gymnasium, hot tub, steam room, sauna, massage room and beach club.

There’s aft deck seating on all three decks, as well as alfresco dining on the upper deck.

The fine print: Lady JJ is not available for sale to U.S. residents while in U.S. waters.
