Airmar’s new compressed high-intensity radar pulse (CHIRP) broadband transducers help you orient casts and trolls to your best advantage. When connected to a third-party CHIRP-enabled broadband fish finder with receive-signal processing, this newest fish-hunting technology delivers far greater performance and sensitivity than existing fish finders, even at high speed. CHIRP tranducers ($1,595 to $4,695) provide extremely detailed resolution down to 10,000 feet and automatically change the 28 kHz frequency to 210 kHz to ensure accuracy and clearly separated targets.
