Broker Iain Lawrie at Bradford Marine Yacht Sales has just listed the 103-foot Cheoy Lee Bluewater Cat at an asking price of $6.19 million.
That price, according to Lawrie, includes more than $700,000 worth of upgrades to the 2011 launch. They include a custom stowage for more than 170 wine bottles, marble countertops and flooring, a KVH TracVision HD7 system, a commercial Sub-Zero refrigerator plus a pair of commercial KitchenAid convection ovens, a Stidd electronic leather captain’s chair, a BlueWater fighting chair in the cockpit, twin air-conditioning units in the engine room, underwater exhausts with bypass mufflers, Ocean LED underwater lights and a GOST onboard alarm system that sends alerts to the owner’s or captain’s cellphone.
Power is a pair of Caterpillar C-32 Acert engines with 730 hours that generate a cruising speed of 20 knots and a top speed of 26 knots.
Bluewater Cat has four guest staterooms including a main-deck master with a king bed. As many as six crew are accommodated in three cabins.
