Hargrave Yacht Brokerage and Charter says the owner of the 105-foot Hargrave Exit Strategy has dropped the yacht’s asking price by $400,000.
The 2006 build is now listed on the brokerage market at $4.1 million.
Exit Strategy had a refit worth more than $1 million in 2013, Hargrave says. The yacht has four staterooms that can accommodate as many as 10 guests, plus quarters for six crew.

Her twin 1,550-horsepower Caterpillar C30 engines have about 3,000 ours on them. They push her to a top end of 20 knots with a cruise speed of 17 knots. The twin 35-kilowatt Onan generators have sound shields to reduce engine-room noise.
Where is Exit Strategy? She’s available for walk-throughs and sea trials in New England.
