Numarine says it is now offering the fastest-ever version of its 26XP Yacht, called the 26XP Fast, with twin 1,800 hp MAN engines producing a top hop of 31 knots.

The yard in Turkey has already sold 22 hulls of the 26XP, which can be ordered with four or five staterooms; in a displacement or planing configuration; and with an extended hardtop or a soft top for the flybridge.

“The Numarine displacement explorer range has proved very popular in the US, but we know there are people out there who love fast boats, especially for weekend or day trips.” Omer Malaz, founder and chairman of Numarine, stated in a press release. “We launched our first planing hull in the XP Series in 2018, but this version has bigger engines for those who want a very fast boat with big volumes.”

Can Yalman designed the 26XP Fast’s exterior and interior. Naval architecture is by Umberto Tagliavini.

Accommodations are for eight guests, all belowdecks, with the owner’s stateroom amidships and the VIP stateroom forward.

How did Numarine minimize noise and vibration? By working with Van Cappellen consultants. An optional “extra silent” package includes an extended hardtop fitted with solar panels to supplement hotel loads, meaning only one generator is required.
