Maritimo Yachts premiered the Sport Yacht X60 — the first yacht in its X-Series — at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show in Australia at the end of May.

Plans also were discussed for a second model in the line: the Sport Yacht X50, which Maritimo plans to unveil in 2019

The Maritimo X60 has twin 925-horsepower Scania engines and a top speed of 34 knots, according to the builder. Twin 1,000-horsepower Volvo Pentas are optional.

The X60 can be ordered with various arrangements, including an aft stateroom.

“The additional aft cabin is completely unique and is resonating with buyers within the sport motoryacht market,” Tom Barry-Cotter, Maritimo’s lead designer, stated in a press release. “Its ability to add extra accommodation space that is similar in size to an additional master cabin in terms of volume is clearly something special.”
