Sales broker Mark Elliott at International Yacht Collection has just listed the 125-foot Cheoy Lee Namoh on the brokerage market at an asking price of $8,495,000. The yacht launched in 2003 with the name Janet, and her original owners kept her for private use. In August 2006, new owners changed her name to Namoh and put her onto the charter market, where within two years she was commanding a weekly base rate of $125,000 for 10 guests. The yacht launched in 2003 with the name Janet, and her original owners kept her for private use. In August 2006, new owners changed her name to Namoh and put her onto the charter market, where within two years she was commanding a weekly base rate of $125,000 for 10 guests.

“This boat’s owners had a 142-footer for 12 years, and they feel this boat has the same amount of space,” her captain said at that time.

Features and amenities that have made Namoh popular for charter also are expected to make her a solid brokerage option. She has an upper-deck wheelhouse with guest seating forward of a sky lounge and aft-deck hot tub. Additional guest seating is on the main and upper aft decks, plus sunpads forward on the main deck. A full-beam master suite is forward on the main deck, and four additional guest staterooms are below.
