Raymarine and Yanmar have teamed up to make Raymarine’s Evolution DBW autopilot control products compatible with Yanmar VC10 and JC10 joystick engine systems. Boaters can now use an ECI-100 Universal Engine and Control Interface to see Yanmar engine data on Raymarine multifunction displays.

The ECI-100 is designed to make engine and navigation integration an affordable option for yachts of all sizes. An NMEA200 cable and an NMEA2000 T-piece connector link the ECI-100 to the Yanmar engine system, and the ECI-100 is then connected to a Raymarine MFD.

On Raymarine’s latest-generation MFDs, users will be able to see rpm, engine hours, engine oil temperature, engine coolant temperature, engine oil pressure, engine coolant pressure, engine fuel-delivery pressure, engine fuel rate, engine boost pressure, battery voltage, transmission oil pressure, transmission oil temperature, fuel level, engine alarms and more.
