Horizon’s Nine Stars for Sale

Nine Stars
Nine Stars, for sale with Allied Marine, can accommodate 8 guests. Allied Marine

The Horizon-built E84 Nine Stars is a 2017 model available for purchase with Allied Marine. She measures 85 feet length overall and has a 4-stateroom (all en suite) layout. The yacht’s two crew cabins also have en suite heads. Other owner customizations include two extra helm stations aft for better docking control, as well as an upgrade to twin 1,900 hp Caterpillar C32 Acert engines.

Nine Stars’ master stateroom has a king berth and the head has a shower in the center of a his/her setup. All guest staterooms have hanging lockers and the woodwork throughout the guest areas is Sapele, with a 70 percent gloss finish and 30 percent satin. For long-range cruising, the yacht has a washer and dryer in both the guest area and crew quarters. Also handy for longer voyages, this yacht’s guest and crew heads are supplemented by a day head in the main-deck’s salon and the sky lounge.

Alfresco dining is available on the main deck’s aft section, where there’s a table with bench seating and 5 chairs. Guests can also dine inside at a table for six forward of the salon. A bulkhead separates this area from the galley, which has quartzite countertops and appliances that include a Sub-Zero refrigerator, electric cooktop, dishwasher and electric oven. Forward of the galley is another spot to grab a bite at a U-shaped settee with table. The window here offers natural light and a meal with a view. If guests want to soak up rays directly, however, there’s a sun pad for two on the foredeck as well as a settee that seats three.

Interior stairs from the main deck (as well as teak steps from the aft deck) lead to the yacht’s flybridge/sky lounge. There’s an L-shaped settee with table both on the aft section of this level and in the sky lounge, which also has that aforementioned day head. In addition, that aft section has a sink, refrigerator and barbecue, plus space for a tender. While the standard is one, Nine Stars ’ owner added an extra Stidd chair to the helm station in the sky lounge. According to Allied Marine, the owner also upgraded the yacht’s Garmin electronics package.

Entertainment electronics abound on board this yacht, some of which includes a Bose entertainment system in the master stateroom, salon and sky lounge. The rest of the staterooms (even crew cabins) have a 2-speaker Fusion Marine Stereo. The master also has a 32-inch Samsung TV while the salon’s is 46 inches.

Besides those 1,900 hp Cats, Nine Stars has two Onan 29 kW generators and the owner added ABT Trac Fin Zero Speed stabilizers. Additional Soundown insulation in the engine room makes for a quiet ride.
