CRN has launched a 201-foot superyacht at its shipyard in Ancona, Italy, bringing to eight the number of yachts in the 60-meter segment that the builder has produced in the past 10 years.

CRN 133, as the new yacht is being called, is designed by Francesco Paszkowski in collaboration with the CRN technical and design departments. The superyacht is the first for CRN in this size range to have a private owner’s deck, which includes an apartment, a dining room, an indoor lounge and a square spa pool that converts to a sundeck at the bow. An additional five guest staterooms (two main-deck VIPs and three bottom-deck cabins) allow for a total of 12 guests, and there are quarters for 15 crew.

Also a first for CRN in this size range is an extra deck: a fly deck. It includes a fitness area, hammam and circular lobby that separates the guest spaces from the captain’s cabin and pilothouse.

Twin 1,230-kW Caterpillar 3512 C-C engines produce a cruising speed of 14 knots and a maximum speed of 15 knots. Tender stowage includes two garages near the bow, opening the stern area for use as a beach club for guests.

CRN 133 is expected to remain at the shipyard until April for final fit-out before delivery to the owner. CRN’s team is also working on five additional yachts up to 242 feet LOA, and letters of intent have been signed for three more builds — including a 223-foot superyacht that CRN says will be the largest ever produced for the Asian market.
