Valhalla Boatworks has expanded its growing sport yacht lineup with the introduction of the new 46 Sport Yacht, a model that slots beneath the recently launched 55 Sport Yacht while offering owners a choice of open or enclosed pilothouse configurations.
Built on the same Michael Peters double-stepped hull used throughout the Valhalla lineup, the 46 SY is designed to blend cruising comfort with the performance expected from the Viking-owned builder. Buyers can choose between an open layout that connects the helm and cockpit into one entertainment space or an enclosed version with powered side doors, a climate-controlled pilothouse and a full-width aft bulkhead featuring a summer kitchen.
The cockpit includes twin foldout balconies, a dive door to port, integrated boarding access aft and flexible seating arrangements. Forward, wraparound bow seating surrounds a table, while a large sunpad conceals a skylight that brings natural light into the accommodations below.
Belowdecks, the layout includes a forward owner’s stateroom with a queen berth, twin guest berths aft and a galley to starboard. The split head and shower arrangement is designed to maximize privacy while remaining accessible from the main cabin.
Power comes from a choice of triple or quad Mercury V-12 Verado outboards. The 46-footer carries 800 gallons of fuel, and is expected to deliver performance similar to the builder’s V-46 center console.
