Italian builder Santasevera is celebrating a strong first year for its Santasevera 52, announcing that 10 hulls of the 53-foot express cruiser have been sold since the model’s debut.
Designed around a fully flush main deck, the Santasevera 52 aims to maximize ease of movement and onboard livability. The uninterrupted layout creates a seamless flow from the swim platform through the cockpit and forward to the bow lounge, where a full-beam sunpad offers additional relaxation space.
The cockpit serves as the yacht’s primary social hub, combining U-shaped seating with an outdoor galley equipped with twin refrigerators, a grill and an ice maker. An Opacmare bathing ladder enhances water access, while a retractable television adds onboard entertainment without disrupting the clean design aesthetic.
At the helm, three forward-facing seats allow guests to share the ride, while a hardtop integrated into the windshield structure provides protection from sun and wind without sacrificing visibility or the open-air feel.
Belowdecks, the yacht’s two-stateroom layout emphasizes efficient use of space and understated finishes. The full-beam owner’s stateroom is positioned forward, while a twin-berth guest cabin sits amidships. A shared head with a separate shower is accessible from both cabins.
Built with a fiberglass hull and displacing approximately 20.4 tons at half load, the Santasevera 52 is powered standard by twin Volvo Penta D6-480 engines paired with IPS 650 drives, delivering a reported top speed of about 28 knots. Additional propulsion options include larger IPS packages, shaft-drive setups and outboard configurations. Fuel capacity is 370 gallons.
The Santasevera 52 represents the first step in the Italian builder’s broader expansion strategy. The company recently introduced a new 42-footer at Boot Düsseldorf and says additional, larger models are already in development.
