Riva in Italy has sold Hull No. 1 of the Riva 54 Metri. When the boat is delivered in 2025, it will be the largest Riva ever built, at 177 feet length overall.

Creation of the Riva 54 Metri is a collaboration between Officina Italiana Design, the firm founded by Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta; the Strategic Product Committee led by Piero Ferrari; and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department.

Outdoor spaces on the yacht will cover nearly 4,000 square feet, with key areas that include a beach club and a wellness space with a gym, spa and pool.

The yacht will be built entirely in aluminum for reduced weight. Riva is projecting a top speed of 18 knots.

Sale of the first hull was in partnership with Alain Maaraoui, the founder and chairman of Riva’s exclusive dealer in Kuwait, Sea Pros Yachts.

Where is the Riva 54 Metri being built? At the Riva Superyachts Division in Ancona, Italy. It’s a shipyard in the same city as the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard, where 10 steel and aluminum superyachts are currently being built for Pershing, CRN and Custom Line.
