Benetti Yachts in Italy launched Hull No. 2 of the Motopanfilo 37M on April 1, less than a year after the sale was made in July 2021.
The 120-foot-9-inch yacht is christened EH2. It has exteriors by Francesco Struglia, dating back to original Benetti design features. The interior is by Lazzarini Pickering Architetti, who call the style “elegant nostalgia” that showcases the vessel’s interior volume.
One of EH2’s features is a 1960s clamshell silhouette in the beach club, which also has an integrated stern swim platform that can be used as a terrace. Another private getaway is up top on the observation deck above the hardtop.
Lukas Stratmann, a broker with Ocean Independence who facilitated the sale, stated in a press release, “For me, the Benetti Motopanfilo 37M is the ultimate in simplicity, blending iconic elements of a classic ’60s heritage with decidedly 21st-century thinking. We are delighted to see EH2 launch and look forward to delivery to her owner this May.”
Is EH2 going to charter? Yes. Expectations are that the yacht will be available for bookings this summer in the Mediterranean, with management by Ocean Independence.
