Sixteen-year-old Justice Mejias and 20-year-old Trey Cruz are due in a New York court in late August after being arrested while yacht-hopping at North Cove Marina in Battery Park City.

They were handcuffed at 5 a.m. after raiding the fridge for beer aboard the 163-foot Christensen Casino Royale, according to multiple news reports.

The James Bond-themed superyacht may have seemed like a fun bet for them, given its interior that features backlit Bond-girl silhouettes as part of the décor, but its owner previously was head of the security-camera firm Pelco—not exactly the guy on whose private property you want to trespass.

Mejias and Cruz also are accused of getting aboard several other yachts tied up nearby. It is not known how they accessed the yachts. They are residents of the Jackson Street housing project.
