Leatherman Tread
Leatherman has just introduced the Tread, a bracelet-style multitool that can be worn on the wrist.
Each link in the Tread contains multiple tools, including Allen wrenches, flat-head and Phillips-head screwdrivers, and box wrenches in multiple sizes. The clasp serves double-duty as a bottle opener, and there’s even a SIM card tool for removing the tiny cards from cellphones. Specialty tools are also available as links.
The Tread is made of corrosion-resistant, 17-4 stainless steel, which is expected to perform well in the marine environment. Retail price for the base model is $150.
