Azimut Yachts has launched Hull No. 1 of the new Grande 95RPH model at its shipyard in Viareggio, Italy. It will now be the entry-level model in the builder’s top-tier Grande collection, which comes in LOAs from 95 to 120 feet.

Exterior design is by longtime Azimut collaborator Stefano Righini, while interior layout is by Studio Salvagni Architects. As the RPH designation implies, the 95 is a raised-pilothouse model whose configuration allows for five guest staterooms.

Sea trials are now scheduled to begin. Cruising speed is expected to be 20 knots with a top speed of 26.5 knots, driven by a pair of 2,200-mhp MTU 16V2000 M84s.
