Technohull in Greece says it has sold 14 hulls of the new Technohull T7, a 25-foot dayboat that reportedly can hit more than 56 knots at wide-open throttle.

The first hull is expected to splash in late April with jet-black tubes, carbon-fiber detailing, LED lighting, teak decking and hand-stitched seating.

Layouts are flexible and allow for two pilot seats facing the console, which has touchscreen controls. Just abaft those seats is more seating that transforms into a sun pad. There’s more lounge space at the bow.

When it’s time for tunes, owners can crank up the Fusion Apollo entertainment system. There’s also a refrigerator and deck shower for making the most of a day on the hook.

Performance details: Technohull says that even at less than 8 knots, the T7 will stay on plane thanks to its Dynastream technology. Two steps in the hull channel air to provide lift, natural cushioning and stability. The builder says the “hyperventilated hull shape” also reduces fuel consumption, making the boat 10 percent to 15 percent more efficient than previous Technohull designs.
