Yes, that is Guy Harvey art on the official merchandise for November’s Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. His designs are just some of the new things expected on the docks this season.

Informa, which owns hundreds of trade shows, bought the parent company of FLIBS, the Palm Beach show and Yachts Miami Beach. Plans are in place for several updates, including upscale food vendors and a new name for the February event: the Miami Beach Yacht Show.

Informa plans to change real-life signage and online apps for all the boat shows, making it easier for boat lovers to get around and find their favorite brands. Look for new color-coded zones, informational displays and more at the Fort Lauderdale show next month. Courtesy Informa
