If you’re traveling to the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show to check out motoryachts on the brokerage market, then you might want to plan a stop at Bahia Mar to tour the 100-foot Hatteras Triple Attraction.

This 2005 build, which usually resides at Pier 66 in Fort Lauderdale, is for sale through Worth Avenue Yachts and will be available for tours at the show with an asking price of $4.895 million. The owner, we’re told, is ready to discuss all serious offers.

“This boat was built by a repeat Hatteras owner who put a bunch of upgrades into her,” says listing broker Mark Osterhaven. “She has a five-stateroom layout, which is unique for a 100-foot boat. I just stepped off her, and she shows extremely well. She only has 3,000 original hours on her, all of the mechanicals and servicing is up to date, and she had full-time crew. She was never chartered, but with the five staterooms, she could.”

Triple Attraction also has cherry joinery throughout her interior, a country kitchen-style galley and a top-deck hot tub. Other features include an onboard waste-treatment system as well as underwater lights. Her 2,000-hp MTU 16V2000s provide a cruising speed of 20 knots and are certified as having completed their 3,000-hour service check.
