She wants to go see a show; you want to be out on the water. Allochroous, the winner of the 2012 Millennium Yacht Design Award in the Dream Boat category was designed to satisfy both your needs. If at first glance, the 40 meter yacht looks a bit fishy, then Italian designer Ambra Ceronetti and Turkish designer Ezgi Aksan have achieved their goal. Intended to look like a fish out of water, Allochroous changes shape and color during a performance. When stationary, the fins, err, hull will be lowered to water level to finish off the illusion of the floating stage.
