What do they say about property? It’s location, location, location. And the Ferretti Group has picked a gem for its new Miami Beach Sales Center.
At the foot of the MacArthur Causeway at 390 Alton Road, Ferretti Group has set up shop at the Icon, which is a condo tower with retail space on its ground floor. The company will keep some boats at the Miami Beach Marina next door.
“We need to be in the right markets,” explained Brett Keating, vice president of marketing for Ferretti Group Americas. “Miami Beach is the best location, as it’s a stopping point for clients from South America and other countries.”
Ferretti is banking on the idea that the Miami-area market is growing, and that international clients from Latin American countries are either passing through or taking up residence and desiring the yachting lifestyle.
The sales center will include eight sales offices and other services, as well as three slips at the marina. (There’s also a Ferretti Group sales office in Miami Beach dedicated to the Brazilian market.)
Ferretti Group’s portfolio includes a wide spectrum of yacht brands including Ferretti, Pershing, Itama, Bertram, Riva, Mochi Craft, CRN and Ferretti Custom Line.
The new Miami Beach location complements other offices in Florida, including the Fort Lauderdale headquarters for the Ferretti Group America showroom and a super-sleek boutique facility in Palm Beach.
