Sales broker Josh Gulbranson at Fraser Yachts Worldwide says the owner of the 120-foot Louisbourg Touch is “willing to move,” “highly motivated” and “willing to accept trades” for the sale of his 2004 build, which most recently was refit in 2011.

In addition, Gulbranson says Touch has several upcoming charters booked, which is money in the bank for a new owner who intends to keep the yacht in charter. Touch has long been a successful charter vessel, taking eight guests in the Bahamas and Caribbean at a weekly base rate of $65,000.

Touch has an unusual layout that makes her popular among adult couples. There’s a bridge-deck master suite along with three king-bed cabins — no Pullman or twin berths. Technical specs include her aluminum construction, a pair of MTU Detroit Diesel 2000 engines, a pair of 92kW Northern Lights generators, a cruising speed of 10 knots and a range of 2,000 nautical miles.
