Ken Freivokh is the designer behind this contemporary concept.

Mayra Yachts in Antalya, Turkey, is the builder.

Delivery is scheduled for 2015. Top speed is expected to be 16.5 knots.

Additional quarters (not shown here) are on board for nine crew.

The Mayra 164 has an asking price of €22.5 million (about $31 million).

Cruising speed will be 12 knots.

Five guest staterooms are part of the accommodations plan.

Designer Ken Frievokh ensured a great amount of natural light in the guest areas.

The suggested color scheme is subdued and contemporary.

The guest bathrooms are designed with the same elegance as the other guest areas.
