The Hinckley Company has unveiled two new “expedition-ready” yacht models in its Hunt Yachts Ocean Series: the Hunt 76 and Hunt 63.
Design on both models is by Ray Hunt Design. The first of the yachts has been delivered in Europe, and two more are in build.
“With speeds of 30 knots and the ability to handle conditions that would make other yachts shudder, this new generation of Hunt Ocean Series is for customers who want new experiences, to go explore their world, making rapid passages and embracing the offshore route to get there,” Mike Arieta, president of The Hinckley Company, stated in a press release.
The Hunt 76 Ocean Series has twin Caterpillar C32 diesel engines and can top 30 knots, with a fast cruise speed of 29 knots, according to the builder.
The Hunt 63 Ocean Series has twin Volvo Penta IPS1350s for a top speed of 31 knots and a fast cruise speed of 26 knots, according to The Hinckley Company.
