YACHTING’s annual summer charter issue will be on newsstands in late February. Deputy Editor Mary South and Charter Editor Kim Kavin team up to offer an insider’s look at two exotic destinations in the Eastern Mediterranean: the Cyclades archipelago in Greece, and the Korcula region in Croatia (right).

“The Eastern Mediterranean is really coming into its own as a luxury charter locale,” Kavin says. “It used to be that only a handful of serious yachts were available beyond the hub in Athens. Today, some of the world’s most impressive megayachts are offering charter dates all over the Greek Isles and beyond in Croatia and even Turkey. These regions offer scenic beauty, interesting history, and serious seclusion. They’re really quite awesome.”

Look for their full reports in our March issue.
