Nothing says “summer yacht charter” like the annual Monaco Grand Prix, which marks the kick-off for the Mediterranean’s best cruising months each year. There’s still time to book a charter for this year’s race, and the 86-foot Ferretti Le Petit Bateau is standing by, revved and ready.

The owner of Le Petit Bateau is offering the boat at a daily base rate of about $6,900 (at today’s conversion rate with the euro). That’s a price break of about 40 percent compared with previously published rates, according to management company Oceanstyle by Burgess.

Le Petit Bateau is rated to accommodate 50 guests for quayside events — which of course is what the Monaco Grand Prix is all about. Overnight, the yacht takes 10 to 12 guests in five staterooms.
