Renowned marine artist Guy Harvey will provide the official merchandise for the 2017 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, which is scheduled November 1-5.
Harvey began his career selling T-shirts at the show 31 years ago, and has had a presence at the show every year since. Fishermen and boaters around the world wear and carry his products, with a portion of proceeds ultimately going to the Guy Harvey Research Institute for marine studies and conservation. He has also created official designs for NASCAR events, country music festivals and more.
“The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show holds a special place in my heart, as it helped to launch my career as an artist and has allowed me to be in the public eye ever since,” Harvey stated in a press release. “I’m honored to see my art used for this year’s official souvenir merchandise and hope to continue our professional relationship for years to come.”
Expect to see for sale: short-sleeve cotton T-shirts, long-sleeve performance shirts, posters, drinkware and more.
