YCO Yacht has just listed the 117-foot CNB Hamilton II for sale on the brokerage market at an asking price of €6.25 million, or about $8.25 million based on the current conversion rate.

Hamilton II is a 2005 build designed by world-renowned expert Philippe Briand. She was named the best sailing yacht in her class just after her launch, and her interior décor, by noted designer Andrew Winch, is as modern, light and spacious today as it was on the day that the yacht originally launched. The furniture is done in bamboo with leather, stainless steel and cotton accents.

Hamilton II was originally built for Prince Sadruddin Aga Khan of France, who died before the yacht launched. Her current owner modified her to make her more appropriate for the charter market, turning the original master suite aft into two guest cabins and giving the yacht five cabins for a total of 10 charter guests.

At the time that Hamilton II launched, her hull and deck were the biggest carbon vinylester and balsa vacuum-infused sandwich structures ever created. Recent work includes new teak decking and exterior paint. She has a lifting keel and a carbon hull, both designed to give her solid performance characteristics.

Hamilton II is currently available for viewing in the West Mediterranean. More information is available by e-mailing sales@ycoyacht.com.
