Furuno has announced an interface between its NavNet TZtouch2 display and Yamaha outboard engines.
NavNet TZtouch2 interfaces with Yamaha’s Helm Master, Command Link and Command Link Plus, putting all helm navigation and engine data in one place.
A software update to existing TZtouch2 multifunction displays will bring the Yamaha information into the system. Combo screens can include information for as many as four engines, such as shift position, engine RPM, boat speed, engine trim level, available fuel and more.

The look that users know: Furuno worked with Yamaha so the display would emulate Yamaha’s existing look and style.
