Cantieri Navali Italia has unveiled a new design called the Kifaru Askari 657 HT. She is an aggressive-profile yacht with a 65-foot length overall and a 19-foot-7-inch beam.

Styling is by Luca Dini Design in Florence, Italy, which is known for its work on much larger designs built by Admiral, Mondomarine and other shipyards.

The all-aluminum Askari 657 will be available in hardtop and open versions. On the HT version, the main-deck salon can become a completely enclosed, air-conditioned space. The standard layout calls for three ensuite staterooms, a galley and quarters for two crew belowdecks, but it can be customized with one to three guest staterooms in either version.

Power packages have not been specified, but the shipyard foresees more than 1,500 horsepower either in-line or with Arneson transmissions.
