Codecasa 50s Framura 3
Codecasa has just launched its first Codecasa 50s, Framura 3. She’s a 164-foot open design that evolved from the Codecasa 45s, which the owner currently has for sale while awaiting delivery of his newer, bigger superyacht.
Framura 3 is expected to have a top speed of 28 knots and a cruising speed of 18 knots, driven by triple 2,600-hp MTU 16V 2000 M94s paired with KaMeWa water jets and a KaMeWa central booster. She’s built completely of aluminum, making her relatively lightweight and enhancing her speed. And she’ll have a Ship Dynamics gyro-stabilizer system for comfort at sea.
Andre Bacigalupo did the naval architecture, while Della Role handled interiors for Framura 3. The yacht will accommodate 12 guests in six staterooms with additional cabins for nine crew.
