When the OTAM SD35 debuts at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show the fully custom, aluminum build is sure to attract lots of fan fare. The boat, which was built for an Italian owner but will see lots of time in U.S. and Caribbean waters, has a whole lot to offer.

One trait that captains and owners alike will appreciate is her shallow, 7-foot 3-inch draft, which is obviously optimal for notoriously skinny Bahamian waters. Other luxurious amenities to look for include a full-beam dining room, private owner’s deck, and what OTAM is calling a movie theatre in her salon. Not only all this, but the boat has put up some solid performance numbers, hitting a top speed of 20 knots, while cruising for 2,000 miles at 11 knots. Not too shabby. It’s no wonder this boat is generating so much excitement.
