Benetti Yachts has delivered Charade, which is Hull No. 6 of the Fast 125 model.
Charade is constructed of composite and carbon fiber. She has Benetti’s Displacement to Planing (D2P) hull with a wave piercer, along with the Azipull Carbon 65 propulsion system that the yard developed with Rolls-Royce. Top speed is 24 knots.
Design is by Stefano Righini, with interior décor by RWD. The interior is based on Benetti’s Air configuration (Land and Sea versions are also available) with polished metal accents. Some artwork is framed in steel, as are televisions and headboards above the beds in the staterooms. The staircase to the upper deck is done in steel and glass with backlit stone steps. Ceilings are finished in Majilite and leather.
The upper deck has a Plexiglas grand piano, gaming table, sofa and TV in its weather-protected space. Aft is dining with teak and steel drop-leaf tables. Forward on the upper deck is a pool for six people.
One deck up, on the sundeck, are additional dining, a bar and TV, and a hardtop that Benetti says looks like a starry night sky.
How many guests does Charade accommodate? 10 in five staterooms. The guest staterooms are belowdecks, while the master is forward on the main deck.
